The 2023 Spring Expo Contract (“Contract”) is entered into between the Forx Builders Association (“Forx Builders” or “FBA”) and Exhibitor. This Contract is for booth space in the Forx Builders Association Spring Expo (“Spring Expo” or “Expo”) [FKA Home & Garden Show or Home Show], March 25-26, 2023.
