The hiring contract is between the Holidaymaker and Manor House Farm Cottages (MHFC) for which the booking is made and shall be deemed to be made subject to the Conditions of Hire here in. The Contract of Hire is not effective until Manor House Farm Cottages has received and banked the down payment.
