It affects your ability to recover for injuries and damages against the municipalities participating in the Downers Grove Regional Peer Jury Program, specifically: the Village of Downers Grove, City of Darien, Village of Willowbrook, Village of Hinsdale, Village of Clarendon Hills, the Village of Oakbrook and the Village Burr Ridge (collectively referred to as “Municipalities”). Be aware that by registering for and participation in this program, or by registering your minor child/ward for participation in this program, you will be waving your rights and/or the rights of your minor child/ward to all claims for injuries you and your minor child/ward might sustain arising out of this program and you will be required to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Municipalities for any claims arising out of participation in the Downers Grove Regional Peer Jury Program.
