It affects your ability to recover for injuries and damages against the municipalities participating in the Downers Grove Regional Peer Jury Program, specifically: the Village of Downers Grove, City of Darien, Village of Willowbrook, Village of Hinsdale, Village of Clarendon Hills, the Village of Oakbrook and the Village Burr Ridge (collectively referred to as “Municipalities”).
