This Agreement is made and entered into April 7, 2015, between Western Refining Company, with a Refinery and an Asphalt Plant at El Paso, Texas, herein referred to as the “Company,” and Local No. 351, International Union of Operating Engineers, AFL-CIO, herein referred to as the “Union.” This Agreement shall be considered to be the entire Agreement between the parties, and no Agreement which predates this Agreement shall have any other force or effect.
