The following provisions were negotiated by and between the Dell Rapids School District 49-3 Board of Education and the Recognized Negotiating Body of certified teachers hired as instructional teachers. Any provisions of this agreement that are not in compliance with South Dakota Codified Law will automatically be negated and will no longer be a part of this negotiated agreement. Said deletions are subject to renegotiations and ratification by both parties at the time of negotiations for the succeeding term, as in accordance with state law.
