This Agreement is made and entered into this 1st day of January, 2015, by and between Pittsfield Charter Township (hereinafter referred to as the "Township") and the Police Officers Association of Michigan (hereinafter referred to as the "Union"). The Agreement expires on December 31, 2016, under conditions further explained in Article 31. This agreement was ratified by the Pittsfield Township Board of Trustees on December 10, 2014.
