THIS AGREEMENT entered into this day of 2005, by and between the TOWNSHIP OF MARLBORO, in the County of Monmouth, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter called the “Township” and MARLBORO TOWNSHIP PUBLIC WORKS SUPERVISORS’ ASSOCIATION, hereinafter called the “Union”, represents the complete and final understanding on all bargainable issues between the Township and the Union.
