This Agreement entered into this day of , 2004, for the period commencing January 1, 2004, through December 31, 2006, by and between the BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN, in the County of Sussex, New Jersey, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the “Borough”, and the BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, hereinafter referred to as the “Association”, the authorized and recognized bargaining unit for the nonmanagerial members of the Public Works Department of the Borough of Franklin, represents the complete and final understanding on all the bargainable issues between the Borough and the Association.
