Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 69-5 (revised) effective January 27, 1969, enacted by the Council of the City of Zanesville, Ohio. This agreement entered into at Zanesville, Ohio, and effective this first day of January 2021, between the City of Zanesville, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the "City" or “Employer” and Local #1573, Council #8, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, herein after referred to as A.F.S.C.M.E. or “Union” on behalf of its members employed by the City of Zanesville, Ohio.
