On signing of the contract - pay $1,200.00 refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned within 30 days from the end of the event if the facilities and grounds are left tidy and undamaged as per the clean up checklist, and all the attached rules and conditions have been adhered to. Any expense on the Association’s part to return the facilities to a normal state of cleanliness and repair will be deducted from the deposit as will any fees or fines resulting from excessive mess, noise or other violations of the attached Rental Conditions.
