Disputes concerning this Article shall be Any complaints arising from this Article that allege violation of this article in conjunction with other alleged violation(s) of this Agreement shall be grievable only through Step 2 of the grievance process. subject to the Grievance Procedure of the Agreement, Article 21, and the Arbitration Procedure, Article 22. Grievances that remain unresolved at Step 2 of the Grievance procedure may be appealed to the Chief Human Resources Officer for Campus or Health, who shall render a decision.
