This Agreement is entered into by the City of Treasure Island, Florida hereinafter referred to as the "CITY" and Pinellas County Professional Firefighters, I.A.F.F. Local 4966, a labor organization hereinafter referred to as the "Union" for the purposes of promoting harmonious relations between the City and the employee, to establish an orderly and peaceful procedure to settle differences which might arise and to set forth the basic and full agreement between the parties as outlined in this Agreement.
