(“BARCHART”). These Terms govern the Client’s use of BARCHART’s integrated market data and information services as specified in one or more Order Form.

(“BARCHART”). These Terms govern the Client’s use of BARCHART’s integrated market data and information services as specified in one or more Order Forms.
