These Master Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you or the entity you represent as listed in the Order Forms (the “Client”) and Barchart.com, Inc. (“BARCHART”). These Terms govern the Client’s use of BARCHART’s integrated market data and information services as specified in one or more Order Form.
These MASTER TERMS OF SERVICE including the Business Associate Addendum and any applicable Sales Order (this “Agreement”), is a legally binding agreement between NEMO Health, LLC (“NEMO”), and the individual or entity identified as “Client” in a Sales...Master Terms of Service • April 5th, 2021 • Michigan
This Agreement is effective as of the date both of the following occur or have occurred: (a) NEMO accepts Client’s initial order and sends Client a corresponding Sales Order; and (b) Client manifests consent to the terms of this Agreement by executing the Sales Order or otherwise indicating acceptance of this Agreement through downloading, using, or otherwise accessing TRAKnet and/or any Subscription Enhancements (“Effective Date”).
