If you initiate and are responsible for sales of shares a) amounting to $1 million or more or b) made at net asset value to retirement plans of organizations with collective retirement plan assets of $100 million or more, you will be paid a dealer commission of 1.00% on sales to $2 million, plus 0.80% on amounts over $2 million up to $3 million, plus 0.50% on amounts over $3 million up to $50 million, plus 0.25% on amounts over $50 million up to $100 million, plus 0. 15% on amounts over $100 million.
