This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for/until: 5 Years (“Initial Term”). At the end of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional term of 5 years (“Renewal Term”), provided that either party may terminate this Agreement by providing the other party with written notice of its desire not to renew the Agreement at least one hundred twenty (120) days before the end of the Initial Term. The “Term” shall refer to both the Initial Term and, if applicable, the Renewal Term.
