By participating in the Walgreens Developer Program, accessing the Walgreens Developer Portal, or utilizing Walgreens Features or Content, as such terms are defined herein, You and any entity, person, or company that You represent or act as agent thereof (collectively “Developer”, “You” or “Your”) agree to be bound by these terms of use and all referenced terms and policies (collectively, “Terms of Use”).
