Through the Program, eBay offers various tools, content, and services (the “Developer Tools”), including certain eBay Application Programming Interfaces (“APIs”), to manage and facilitate the development of applications that use content from and interact with eBay-branded marketplaces around the world.

By participating in the Walgreens Developer Program, accessing the Walgreens Developer Portal, or utilizing Walgreens Features or Content, as such terms are defined herein, You and any entity, person, or company that You represent or act as agent thereof (collectively “Developer”, “You” or “Your”) agree to be bound by these terms of use and all referenced terms and policies (collectively, “Terms of Use”). These Terms of Use set out the legally binding terms with respect to Your participation in the Program, access and use of the Portal, and use of any Features and Content provided or made available. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. Your access to and use of the Portal constitutes Your acceptance of all the provisions of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH OR ARE UNWILLING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PORTAL AND WALGREENS DOES NOT GRANT YOU ANY LICENSE TO USE THE PORTAL OR ANY FEATURES OR CONTENT FROM THE PORTAL.
