The Employer recognizes the Communications Workers of America as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative with respect to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment for all full-time and regular part-time employees of Sodexo Operations LLC, a subsidiary of Sodexo, Inc., at ALCATEL – LUCENT, Murray Hill and Naperville sites in the classifications identified in Appendix A. Excluded from the bargaining unit shall be employees in classifications not identified in Appendix A, managers, confidential employees, professional employees, casual/substitute employees, temporary employees, and supervisors and guards as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
