Please find attached the Farm To City (FTC) 2013 agreement to continue the Bryn Mawr Farmers’ Market through December 28, 2013, inclusive. As in previous years, the Market’s seasonal operation would begin in April, and cease in November. They would also continue the twice-monthly operation on Saturdays during the non-seasonal operation of the Market. The attached agreement would generally follow all existing conditions as under the 2012 agreement, including hours of operation. Additionally, FTC has previously stated that Lower Merion Township has no obligation to FTC with respect to parking lot conditions, in case of inclement weather.
