The proposed agreement with Zayo Group, LLC (Zayo) in the amount of $230,000 is the third and final utility relocation agreements the Town must complete to facilitate the construction of the railroad shoofly and underpass. This agreement will allow Zayo to be reimbursed for relocating the fiber optic cable that is currently within the right of way of the existing track bed. This – and other - fiber must be moved in conjunction with the construction of the grade separation project.
