DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: In every case, but particularly in the event that any member has a history of heart disease, members should obtain a physical examination from their physician prior to the use of any physical equipment or attendance at any exercise class. In recognition of the possible risks associated with physical activity, member(s) accept personal responsibility for their actions and hereby voluntarily waive(s) any cause of action of any kind against New Hope Baptist Church, its employees, instructors, or agent. NO CHILDREN are allowed at any time in the Fitness Center. Anyone allowing children to enter the Fitness Center will be responsible for any and all injuries, damages to equipment, and accidents within the Fitness Center.
