This Collective Bargaining Agreement (“Contract” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a public corporation (“Employer,” “University,” or “Management”), and the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Council 31, for and on behalf of Local 3700 (“Union”). The Union has been certified as the exclusive bargaining representative for the employees of the University identified in Article II of this Agreement.
