As a member ("Member") at Copart ("Copart") you agree to be bound by the following Member Terms and Conditions. Copart reserves the right to amend Member Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. In addition, terms and conditions printed on sale sheets, conditions listed on the internet, and the Image and Data License Agreement, Terms of Service (“TOS”) and Privacy Policy for Copart's website at http://www.copart.com/c2/home.html are incorporated into these Member Terms and Conditions by reference. Copart’s Privacy Policy can be viewed at http://www.copart.com/c2/pdf/privacy.pdf. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
