These Member Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) constitutes a binding agreement between Life Over Time Solutions, LLC, a Rhode Island company doing business as “Janie Appleseed Network” (“Janie Appleseed”, “we” or “us”), and you (“you” or “your”) and govern your participation as a “member” in the Janie Appleseed Member Network Program and use of any content or service provided through the Member Network Program (collectively, the “Member Program”). The Member Program is offered through the Janie Appleseed website located at htpp://janieappleseed.org (the “Website”).
