The 11” MacBook Air, charger and carrying case are being loaned to me and are in good working order unless otherwise indicated. It is my responsibility to care for the equipment and ensure that it is retained in a safe environment. A $50.00 usage fee is assessed to cover the use of the computer and an activity pass for all regular home activities for the school year. This fee is non-refundable. This agreement covers the computer loaned to the student against all damage over $100.00. The first $100.00 of damage is the students responsibility. Accessories valued less than $100.00 are not covered. Coverage is 24 hours per day. Total value will be determined at the time of damage. In the event of damage, this agreement will pay 50% of the amount of damage. You will be responsible for 50% of the amount of damage.
