On April 21, 2020, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reviewed and approved PPG Industries, Inc’s (PPG) submittal entitled “Final Remedial Investigation Report, Riverside Industrial Park Superfund Site, April 20, 2020” (April 2020 RIR). It was brought to EPA’s attention that two spills noted in Section 1.4.4 of the approved April 2020 RIR was incorrectly listed for Lot 59 but should have been attributed to Lot 57. The two spills are noted below:
