In order to effectively track students from enrollment in the Supervision and Leadership Certificate program until the day of graduation without compromising FERPA laws and regulations, students were required to sign a release form allowing the Western Wyoming Community College (WWCC) to submit information to the Wyoming Department of Workforce Development Research and Planning (WDWS-R&P) department. Department of Labor Education and Training Administration (DOL-ETA) language was incorporated into the information release form to explain the purpose of collecting and reporting on various aspects of a student’s academic and professional statistics.
