This Service Level Agreement is incorporated into and made a part of all Sales Orders between TierPoint, LLC on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries, including, but not limited to, TierPoint Hosted Solutions, LLC f/k/a Windstream Hosted Solutions, LLC (“Company”) and Customer (as defined in a Sales Order). All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Master Services Agreement (as defined in a Sales Order).
