You are invited to take part in the Hawai’i Energy Advanced Home Energy Insights Study (“the Study”). This form tells you why this research study is being done, what will happen in the research study, what choices are available to you, and other important information. If there is anything that you do not understand, please ask questions. Then you can decide if you want to join this Study or not. By signing this Agreement and accepting a home energy monitor from Hawai’i Energy, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below. You should not install or have installed the provided home energy monitor unless you accept all the terms and conditions of the Study.
