IMPROVEMENTS (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Sarasota County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (“County”), the City of North Port, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida (“City”), West Villages Improvement District, an independent special district of the State of Florida (“District”), Thomas Ranch Land Partners Village I, LLLP, a Florida limited liability limited partnership (“Land Partners”), West Villages Parkway West Associates, LLLP, a Florida limited liability limited partnership (“West Associates”), and West Villages Parkway East Associates, LLLP, a Florida limited liability limited partnership (“East Associates”) (Land Partners, West Associates, and East Associates may collectively be referred to herein as “the Developers”) (County, City, District, and the Developers may collectively be referred to herein as “the Parties”).
