This Cable Franchise Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is executed as of the day of , 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”) by and between Exeter Township, a municipality located in Berks County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter referred to as the “Township”) and Service Electric Cablevision, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Service Electric”).
