This SEVERANCE AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE (this “Agreement”) is made among (i) Keith Wong (“Employee”), an Arizona resident, (ii) CELLULAR BIOMEDICINE GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Parent”), and (iii) EASTBRIDGE INVESTMENT CORP., a Delaware corporation wholly owned by the Parent (the “Company”).
