This agreement is made and entered into for the period beginning the fourth day of March, 2011 and continuing through December 31, 2013, by and between the City of Superior, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City" or "Employer" and the Superior City Employees Union Local #235, AFSCME, of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as "Union", for the purposes of enhancing the material conditions of the employees, promoting the general efficiency of the City of Superior, eliminating political consideration from hiring policy and promoting the morale, well-being and security of employees.
