This Agreement made and entered this day of , 2005, by and between the Township of Montville, in the County of Morris, New Jersey, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the ATownship@ and Morris Council No. 6, N.J.C.S.A., IFPTE, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the AAssociation@, is the final and complete understanding between the Township and the Association on all bargainable issues and as such will serve to promote and maintain a harmonious relationship between the Township and those of its employees who are subject to this Agreement in order that more efficient and progressive public service be rendered.
