This agreement is effective as of the 1st day of July 2022, by and between the City of St. Johns, Michigan (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) and the Capitol City Labor Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”). Where not specifically abridged by this Agreement, all personnel covered by this Agreement are subject to the City of St. Johns Personnel Rules, as amended from time to time.
