By means of this letter, Motorola Solutions, Inc. hereby extends Lowndes County’s maintenance and support agreement as referenced above. Enclosed is one (1) copy of the updated Exhibit A Covered Products, Support Options and Pricing, Exhibit B Customer Support Plan, and Exhibit C Labor Rates for the period 07/01/19 through 06/30/20. Pursuant to Section 3.2 of the original agreement as referenced above, all terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
