This Agreement is made and entered into by and between UFCW Local 21, chartered by the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union, hereinafter referred to as the “Union” and Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest and the Hawaiian Islands (PPGNHI), hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the understanding reached between the parties with respect to wages, hours of work, and conditions of employment.
