(“APP”), a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership (“Intermediate Holdings”), Leon Black (“LB”), Marc Rowan (“MR”), Joshua Harris (“JH” and, together with LB and MR, the “Principals”), Black Family Partners, L.P. and MJR Foundation LLC, (as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Agreement Among Principals”).
