AGREEMENT FOR THROUGHPUT AND FORWARDING SERVICE (the AGREEMENT) concluded as of 2019 BETWEEN «ХХХХХХХХ .», (hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY”), ХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХn, on the one part AND «Oil Company “Rosneft», whose registered office is at 115035, Russia, Moscow, Sofiyskaya naberezhnaya, 26/1, hereinafter referred to as the “CLIENT” as represented by Karimov Otabek ting in accordance with the letter of attorney № ИС-ХХХХ dd 01.01.2019, on the other part.
