and RELINKco is the owner of certain Logo(s) that identify A RELINKco Real Estate School's products and/or services; and Company is the owner of certain Marks or copyrighted Identifications that identify the products or services of Company; and RELINKco and Company desire, for their mutual benefit, to use each other's Marks, Logos, Trademarks or copyrighted identifications for limited purposes; RELINKco and Company recognize the value of said Marks, Trademarks or copyrighted identifications and therefore desire to grant limited permission to use said Marks;
