KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned, FOREST PRESERVE DISTRICT OF KANE COUNTY (hereinafter “DISTRICT”), for and in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, does hereby permit THE AURORA BARNSTORMERS RC CLUB, of Elburn, Illinois,, (hereinafter called “BARNSTORMERS”) the non-exclusive right, permission and authority to use, operate and maintain that property which is described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein (the “Premises”; such rights granted are hereinafter referred to as the “Barnstormers License”). DISTRICT further grants BARNSTORMERS the right of ingress and egress to and from the Premises for itself, its workers, agents and contractors for the purpose of the undertaking programs of remote control aircraft and related events, and for all other purposes convenient or incidental to the exercise by BARNSTORMERS of the rights herein granted for the term of this Agreement.
