This Contract for Exhibit Space (“Contract”) along with the Exhibitor Policies and Procedures for Exhibitors booklet, which is furnished to each exhibiting company (“Exhibitor”) in advance of the show, contains the entire agreement between the Exhibitor and the Drug Information Association (“DIA”). The Medical Affairs ans Scientific Communications Forum to be held March 18-20, 2019 at the Lowes Sapphire Falls Resort in Orlando, FL (“Event”) is owned and managed by DIA.
