In order to implement the Eurostars Joint Programme for the benefit of R&D performing SMEs, the ESE, the dedicated implementation structure to manage the Eurostars Joint Programme, issue a call for applications on a continuous basis, with one or more cut-off dates each year (referred to as “the Eurostars call for applications”) from 2007 to 2013, and appoints technical experts to assist with assessment of applications.
