STANDARDS AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Bainbridge Island, a Washington municipal corporation (“City”) and Central Highlands, Inc., a Washington corporation (“Central Highlands”). The City and Central Highlands are each a “Party” and collectively “the Parties”. The effective date (“Effective Date”) of this Agreement shall be the date of complete execution hereof.
