COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT 2015 - 2017Collective Bargaining Agreement • April 1st, 2016
This Agreement, by and between the Board of Trustees of Anderson Township, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” and the Anderson Township Road Maintenance Association, hereinafter referred to as “ATRMA,” the parties to this agreement, will become effective and binding on January 1, 2015. The Employee Handbook as from time to time amended by the Employer, will complement this Agreement, but if there are any areas where the Handbook and this Agreement are in conflict, the Agreement will take precedence.
