Application is hereby made to SKI DAZZLE LLC, a California Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as “Management”) by Applicant named below (hereinafter referred to as “Exhibitor”) at the above-named show (hereinafter referred to as “Exhibition”). This Application constitutes the contract between Management and Exhibitor for Exhibit Space (“Contract”). Exhibitor acknowledges that it has read, and agrees to, the Rules and Regulations (hereinafter referred to as “Show Terms”) viewable here and at www.SkiDazzle.com. Exhibitor agrees to abide by, and be bound by, the Show Terms and any additional rules deemed necessary by Management. Any changes will be sent to Exhibitor at the postal address or email address written below.
