The General purpose of this Agreement is to provide an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Union and the Company, to provide for rates of pay, hours of work, and other terms and conditions of employment, to secure prompt and fair disposition of grievances, and to prevent interruptions of work and interference with the efficient operations of the Company’s business.
