This T&Cs is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines as well as the rules and regulations of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”) . The Cardholder agrees that by (i) signing the ePaycard Customer Account Opening Form and/or (ii) using the ePaycard Visa Debit Card, the Cardholder confirms to have read and understood and unconditionally agrees to be bound by this T&Cs.
